Who We Are
Realty Results, Inc. has been serving the Eastern Adirondack and Southern Lake Champlain regions, including Port Henry, Ticonderoga, Elizabethtown, Westport and adjacent areas, for over 10 years. The company, privately held, was founded by long-time resident Charles Garvey and his son, Jack in 1993. The office is managed by Charlie's daughter, and principal on-site broker, Susan Cook.

Our agents are both native Adirondack residents and high caliber professionals with diverse backgrounds. All are committed to the business of real estate, and intimately familiar with the process of selling and buying homes and land in the great Adirondack park.
